Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Furniture
Carefully disassemble the items if necessary and place them back in their original protective packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For oversized patio sets, we will coordinate with our specialized freight carriers to schedule a convenient curbside pickup time at your residence.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
