How long does shipping take for large patio sets?
Standard freight shipping for large furniture sets typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all of our outdoor furniture comes with a minimum 2-year structural warranty, with extended 5-year coverage on Sunbrella fabric cushions against fading.
What is your return policy if the set doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping fees may apply for oversized items.
How should I maintain my outdoor cushions during winter?
While our fabrics are water-resistant, we recommend storing cushions in a dry deck box or indoors during the off-season to prolong their lifespan and prevent spotting.
Does the furniture require assembly?
